1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted If you report issues within 12 hours of receiving the product. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept any returns.
2. Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Wrong Product: If you received an incorrect product that differs from your original order.
- Wrong Color: If the product color does not match what you ordered.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@swiftcartdrop.com with unboxing video, photos of the damaged or faulty product and your order number. Once your replacement request is accepted we will arrange for the return pickup. Once your returned product is received and inspected and approved , we will send you a replacement item.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected If a replacement unit is not available for the damaged , faulty or wrong product, we will issue a refund.
- You can expect to receive the approved refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
5. Non-returnable Items
Products that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for return or refund. Please make sure to carefully review your order before purchasing.
